Writer's Block: Let freedom ring
How do you celebrate Independence Day in your country?

Did this seriously just get asked?

Oh, LJ. Knowledge of other countries fail.

I was going to answer this all... We get drunk and bitch about how stupid Americans are. But I resisted the urge. Barely.

I read through the answers which were like 'it could mean your countries' independence day!' in which case it's a grammar fail and should read 'How do you celebrate your countries' day of independence?' You know. Assuming your country has one.

I think the bitching is warranted.

...not that I didn't have a grammar fail there. Twice. But I blame schnapps. And illness.

It's just frustrating to me, but eh. Takes too much energy to focus rage ;)
